We invoice financial management work on a monthly and hourly basis, depending on how much the number of documents varies from month to month. If the variation is large, hourly billing is easier and fairer for both parties. If the number of documents remains the same from month to month, monthly billing is clearer. We use time tracking software to track hours, and our invoices always accurately show the work done and the time spent on them.

If the company grows and the amount of material increases, the monthly price increases accordingly. If sales are sluggish and the amount of material decreases, the monthly invoicing is also reduced. Financial statements are mainly done by the hour, especially if the accounting firm only does the financial statements and the entrepreneur does the monthly accounting himself.
